Creative Cloud desktop blank screen and flickering mouse - solved - partially...

I was expericing the Creative Cloud desktop launching problem as many of you had described here: blank screen and flickering mouse. I tried many solutions: move OOBD, run creative cloud cleaner tool and reinstall (I ran into P206 problem btw), checking special character in my user profile, run in 256 color mode reset internet options, etc. None of them worked except one: running in Safe Mode of my Windows 8. I successfully signed in so that my CC apps are now considered "geniune". Hopefully this can help some of you experiencing the same problem.

 

Now I'm back in normal mode still experience the same problem when launching Creative Cloud desktop. I hope it does not affect the "genuity" of my CC apps. Any thought on why Creative Cloud desktop can only run in Safe Mode?
