Olá. O Creative cloud desktop não abre. Tentei de tudo até as instruções de uso da ferramenta Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool.

Alguém ajuda?

Carlos, sorry you are unable to open the Creative Cloud desktop app.  Do you encounter any specific error messages while opening the Creative Cloud desktop app?  Did you implement all of the solutions listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html, including solution four?  What operating system is running on the computer?
