Creative Cloud does not start on Windows. When I click the icon, nothing happens. I restarted, tried repair and uninstall, but uninstall was blocked. I also ran the Adobe Log Collector Tool.

Creative Cloud no longer launches on Windows. When I click the Creative Cloud icon, nothing appears at all — there is no window, no error message, and no loading screen. The process briefly appears in Task Manager under background processes but uses 0% CPU and then remains inactive.
Creative Cloud had been working perfectly since October 2025 until today. The issue started after multiple error messages appeared while rendering in After Effects in the morning, which I closed quickly because I was in a hurry.
I have already tried the following steps without success:
- Restarted the computer several times.
- Tried to repair Creative Cloud from the Adobe installer.
- Tried to uninstall Creative Cloud, but the uninstaller was blocked and would not complete.
- Ran the Adobe Log Collector Tool and successfully uploaded the log file: AdobeLogs_20260208_040105_600-win-GS.zxp
At the moment, I cannot reinstall Creative Cloud because I cannot uninstall it properly, and the app does not launch at all.
Please advise on how to completely remove and reinstall Creative Cloud or how to fix the launch issue.
