Creative Cloud doesn't sync my documents

Creative Cloud doesn't sync the documents i saved on my macbook. I uploaded a picture from my iphone and that works fine. it just tells me "unable to sync files" with no explanation. what can i do?

thanks for your effort, but none of it helped.

Am i maybe making a rookie mistake?

I still have the trial version. may that cause the problem?

Hi,

thanks for your time.

So when i'm uploading data from my phone or a other mac it works just fine, but when i work on my macbook pro, save for example a muse file or an illustrator file and basically any file (even jpg) it doesn't upload the files.

i just get the message "unable to upload files", with no explanation or anything.

i tried some things like checking if the firewall is giving me trouble, but i just can't solve the problem myself.

thats pretty much all the information i can give you, sorry

i'm happy for any help.
