Creative Cloud Erased My Files

at around 0915 PST on May 24, 2016, I was in the Files > Archive Area, and I selected all the files in the Archive and asked to delete them permanently.  After confirming to delete them, all the files on my Creative Cloud erased.  When I clicked the recover files in the Archive area, it only recovered the files in the Archive not, all the others.  Help!  I had a lot of student work.  I work at Barstow High School in California (busdk12.com)
