Creative cloud file sync eating up space on local drive

How do I stop creative cloud files from syncing on my local drive? It's eaten up all the memory on my laptop and I'm unable to open up Photoshop/ Illustrator. I get a scratch disk full error.

Is there any way that I can access the shared files on CC strictly on the web and not have them auto sync on my local drive? I'm on a team plan for creative cloud and am using a macbook pro.
