Firstly, contact ANYONE in ADOBE is so difficult, it's actually imposible. You click, Contact Us, then the bit 'talk with real people' and it redirect you to the Start Help Page so I'm making circles.

God have mercy with me.

In this part - ADOBE, you SUCK!.

 

Now.

My problem.

I suppose to have 20GB in my Creative Cloud. - 17 GB is used, but there are literally no files.

Explain, why?

 

Can you do something about it?

Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long

Bro, I am logged in all the time. 
There is no wait lines cause I can't even find the way to speak to anyone.

I have allowed cookies

I don't want to call them by phone.

1st link gives me the same as [https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html] - doesn't work.

I want to chat with a living person online.
