Creative Cloud Files always syncing

Hi

I just synced about 20gb of files in my Creative Cloud Files repertory. I close my computer and when I open it again it has to sync everything again.

Does it do that every time? If so, what's the point if I have to wait 2 hours every time I open my computer?
