Creative cloud- Files and Market under the assets tab not working

Hi all

Under the assets tab in the Creative cloud application, the Files section says "Some files failed to sync" and the Market section says "Unable to load market".  I wonder if this is to do with my firewall settings, but I am not sure how to resolve this.  Has anyone come across this before and managed to overcome it?  Thanks for your time.

Hi,

If you have a Firewall in operation you will need to allow Creative Cloud access to the outside internet.
