Creative Cloud Files don't show on the Desktop app.

I will no longer use CC and need to download all my files, but unfortunately not all my files show up on the CC desktop app, only on Web version and Mobile App (Where I can't download them in bulk). Basically there are images that should be appearing on the desktop app but they are not findable on the files section of the Desktop app. They only show up if I search each individual missing image by name, and only show up as a search result: if I press "Locate" I get a popup warning me: File not Found. Do I really have to download them manually from Mobile App and transfer to PC? Also since I will no longer pay for CC I'm very concerned to where they will go if I don't backup in time. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks in advance
