Hello,

I was accessing shared CC folders offline in my computer's 'Creative Cloud Files' folder. But now that folder is empty, I can't see any files or folders shared with me. (Empty folder screenshot attached).

I still have access to folders that I can access on https://assets.adobe.com/files

@adobe please help

Sync settings are all fine.

I have 1TB subscription and plenty of space left. Using Macbook M1 pro - Ventura 13.0.1

Hi Anis,

We are sorry for your difficulties as you are unable to view your files in the Creative Cloud folder in your Macbook. To investigate, could you please let us know the version of Creative Cloud Application installed: open Creative Cloud Application>> click on three bars( top left)>> Help>> about Creative Cloud, please share a screenshot for more details. Do you have the Creative Cloud Files folder in your user account folder? You might test creating a new admin user account and see if the same thing occurs there. also, let us know when you started noticing this error.

Please let us know how it goes. We are here to help you.

Regards,

Neelam

Hi Neelam, Thank you for the reply.

1. I've attached the screenshot of CC app which show the version.

2. Yes. I do have CC folder visible on my computer (refer screenshot attached in the original post)

3. I'm facing this issue for the last 2 weeks I guess.
