Creative Cloud Files Sync Problems (Upload?)

I have some issues with the creative Cloud Desktop app and File Sync.

  1. Can´t open Windows Explorer while sync most of the time (Task manager cloese Core Sync will help)
  2. In the Desktop App all files in Sync. The little Icons in my Creative Cloud Folders are both Green Checkmark AND blue Arrows (the Files aren´t in sync (blue Arrows) aren´t under assets.adobe.com)

I open the Windows Explorer (A Window, where all my folders are).

Normaly there are folders and Files, with a little Icon, where I can see wich file it is (Foldericon for folder, Blue PS Icon for PSD File and so on). If the Cloud Sync, the window open, but there are no Folders and Icons. Only the green Loading Bar groth total slow.

 

And the Little Icons are often only a white icon.

 

Than I kill the Task "Core Sync" and everything works fine.

 

p.s. sorry for my english. Hope you understand my problematic

What's the point?

 

I see all the folders, but they arn´t in sync. Because there are not all the files (and maybe folders, too) insinde.

Every Folder and File in the "creative Cloud Folder" had a little icon green Checkmark, blue Arrows, grex cross for example. 

 

The Dektop Client App sad everything is fine.

The Windows Explorer shows many blue arrows and not all the files are synced.

you have 1 problem, most of the time you cannot open windows file explorer?

 

can you correct the above statement and explain further what you see that's problematic?
