Creative cloud files wont sync

My creative cloud files wont sync or gather any information on my school wifi. i have been to it and they told me that creative cloud services need a non filtered network (a direct connection). they obviously cant provide it since its a high school and other students do the wrong thing.

is there any way to fix this? or does adobe have to fix it themselves? im not sure.

im in Australia so im not sure what other schools are like in different countries.
