Creative Cloud Folder for: 1. Library (incl. HDD-Sync) & 2. Backup (excl. HDD-Sync)

Current situation:

I use the Creative Cloud Folder to store my Library, Preview Files and Catalog Backup.

Future situation (backup):

1. I want to export my pictures as a library, including the RAW-Files to back them up in the Creative Cloud.
2. As my pictures are about 750GB, I don't want them to sync with my PC (that only has 25GB storage)

Question:

How can I only sync the library files (that I need to access offline after syncing) and exclude the backup library with the RAW-Files from syncing with my PC's hard disc?
