Creative Cloud fonts

i get the error permission may be required when i click on the fonts button after upgrading to the new creative cloud. and it takes me to the webpage where i have to login to the account.  I wonder if there is something with the enterprise licensing we are using that would allow me to do this?

Have you contacted your organization's IT dept about that?

yes 

we can get the fonts if we are on the web but only if we are signed into the account we cannot get to it if we are not signed into the account that is when we get the error message if we are in the desktop version

Forgive me but what do you expect to happen when you're NOT signed-in to your account services?
