Creative Cloud for Enterprise files

The Creative Cloud for Enterprise file storage that I'm using for my team is no longer syncing files, as it says storage capacity has been reached.

However, when I login to the web interface, it says the storage space is only 29% full.

Can anyone explain how I remedy this?
