Creative Cloud from other account lost
I need help. Our business account was supposed to renew. It did not and we had to start over with a new account. All of my Creative Cloud files are not accessible from the new account. I use the same email and login information. How can I get the files back? Can I put in a ticket for help? My supervisor purchased the new suite and says there is no access to my files. There is vital information there I need. If I can log in with the same login, why can I not get to the files? Please help!
