Creative Cloud icon doesn't open, but apps work
I have a question about Creative Cloud that I hope you can help me with. I work on Mac. It seems the CC icon in the dock and at the top of the desktop will not open; however, my apps are working - Indesign, Photoshop, Lightroom are all working.
I was thinking about uninstalling and reinstalling Creative Cloud so I could have functional icons, but I don’t want to open a can of worms - like, will I lose my organization of files that are in Lightroom. I could just leave it like it is, without the icons working, but that feels a little precarious.
Do you have any ideas or suggestions about this? I’d welcome anything you could offer. Thanks very much.
