Creative Cloud Icon in Finder Sidebar

Hi there, this has been a problem for a while, but on both of my Macs, in the finder sidebar, the Creative Cloud icon doesnt show up, its a file. If I turn off the Core Sync Helper, it just changes it to the defult blue folder. How can I get the creative cloud icon? Thanks

Type Creative Cloud into your Spotlight. Does it find the app?

If so, launch it. And see if the cc app icon* appears at the top of your screen.

Yeah, when I type it into spotlight, it's there, and in the menu bar always. ever since I first got it.
