Creative cloud in Ubuntu

I am trying to download creative cloud using play on linux on ubuntu. I have received an error regarding firewall and time settings. Activated firewall, time settings are good. Still i cannot download creative cloud. Any suggestions what i can do to fix this.

I assume it's the Android Creative Cloud app you are trying to download? And that you have an Android emulator on Ubuntu? What do you expect to be able to do with the Creative Cloud app (because if it isn't possible we can save you wasting your time that way!)
