Question
Creative cloud is not syncing correctly, stuck on "getting storage information"
I work on 2 devices, on one device the syncing works perfectly. On the other one it does not, when I try to open the files from my laptop (working one) in the creative cloud on my pc, it says that I don't have acces to the file even though I'm working on the same account. I have tried uninstalling and repairing the program but nothing seems to work.
