Creative Cloud is syncing from my desktop to my laptop; however, it's taking forever. Is this normal?

Everything is working okay; however, the lag time seems too long.

What is the typical delay expected when you upload a file to Creative Cloud from your desktop, then try to access the file from your laptop?

Hi,

Can you tell me how long the delay is?. Your internet speed would certainly play a part in a delay if it is slow or being used by other applications.
