Creative Cloud Issues

Creative Cloud will not update and I can't uninstall because the uninstall doesn't work. I also can't sign out of cc as the option is greyed out. See pics

Try resetting the CC App.
To reset the Creative Cloud desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:
Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

If that doesn't work, try uninstalling (scroll down to the uninstaller in the link) and reinstalling the CC App:
