creative cloud keeps on loading loop

As title, since i tryed to update the cc version to the latest one this morning,  and the cc desktop app just keeps spinning in loading page, had tryed all the solutions that the help center taught, but the problem still.
btw, i already used the cc cleanertool to remove all the apps, plz help!! > <

my work system: windows 10 (64 bits)
