Creative Cloud Libraries

Today's morning I delete some libraries from my window libraries in Ps. Now, my libraries doesn't load and when I try to download an asset I have my old libraries on Creative Cloud App, but in the Web them doesn't appear.

I have uninstalled Creative Cloud and installed it again, but the problem is persistent.
