Creative Cloud Libraries error: %dl_libraries_panel_name_cc

Hello, I have a big problem with my Creative Cloud Libraries. In the last few days, this has happened in all the apps I've tried (PS, ID, AI).

The Libraries panel is completely blank, no error message or anything, and in the Window menu it is listed as %dl_libraries_panel_name_cc.

See for yourselves.

I don't really know how to fix this, hope somebody can help me.
