Creative cloud libraries taking up 109 GB on macbook

I cannot get my photoshop to run properly and my macbook is constantly runing out of space even though I have delteted over 50 gb off my hard drive.  I checked the creative cloud library file size and it's 109 gb!  What the heck is in this folder that is taking up so much space. When I drill down through the folders I get to a dcx folder with components that look like all photoshop fx pattern files.

How do I reclaim my hard drive space again.  It's gotten worse since I upgraded to the latest operating system too.

if you don't want some (or all) of the files, go the your cc web page and delete the files.  don't forget to delete the deleted files to clear your storage space.
