Creative Cloud Library from Phone not Syncing to desktop

Hi, I am trying to sync a shape from my library to my library in Illustrator and it is not working. The cloud at the bottom of my library window has an exclamation point. When I click it, I click enable sync and nothing happens. I am on Mac OS Sierra 10.12.6 and have Illustrator 2019 (23.1.1) via CC subscription. Please advise. Thanks.

In addition to John's suggestions I'd check here to confirm that the library asset got uploaded to your cloud storage

So long as the asset exists there, then these articles might help with the Libraries panel not loading on your desktop
