Creative cloud "log in loop"

Im having an issue. Im trying to install adobe creative cloud. It opens a window for me to log in. The website says im logged in.

however im not and adobe creative cloud continues to open windows.

This is my first time using adobe and i really need help!

if that fails,

 

1. go to the bottom section : "Remove Adobe User and Adobe App Certificates" - https://helpx.adobe.com/in/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html and follow the steps.  

 

2. then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

 

3. and reinstall the cc app install the cc desktop app by using the download links at page bottom here, https://helpx.adobe.com/in/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

Ty! imma try these. Noticing one issue tho. That being that i havent even installed adobe desktop. Its the installer thats bugging

stop.  you must use the cc desktop app to install adobe subscription apps.

 

this page explains how to install cc apps by first installing the cc desktop app. the links at the page bottom allow you to select the installer suitable for your os, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html
