Creative Cloud Logon error


hello nacy. It iswritten in Portuguese, actually. 😉
What happened is that whenever I tried to open Premiere I was asked to log in and I always get this error message saying that the Adobe servers were not working or I was not connected to the internet. I tried all day, with no success.
just an hour ago I tried to open Creative Cloud and, from there, open Premiere and It worked.
I missed a day of work. I'll have to spend the night editing.
