Creative Cloud not saving- lost hours of work

Does anyone know if there is anyway to recover a file that you've been saving to creative cloud that suddenly dissapears? I have been working on a file for three hours and rountinley saving it to creative cloud but when I closed the document, I realized that the file hadn't been updating or saving any of the progress I had been making. I am extremely frustrated and dissapointed in the issues I have been experencing with creative cloud lately and if anyone could help me, it would be greaty appreciated. *screams*
