creative cloud not syncing

My files are not syncing. For instance, when I create and save a new file a CC folder, shouldn't it automatically sync with that file in the CC?

Do you have characters other than ASCII in your filename or any of its parent folders? Also known as accented letters, or multibyte Unicode characters. Then this is a current known issue of sync failure. Rename files and folders using only ASCII.

Hi,

Could you try the following.

1. Quit the Creative Cloud application

2. Navigate to:

Mac: /Users/yourusername/Library/Application Support/Adobe

Windows: C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\Adobe

3.Now delete the CoreSync folder, and empty your trash.

4. Restart Creative Cloud.
