Creative Cloud not syncing

I can add files to creative cloud, but it will not delete files (even if they are not on my computer).  So now my folder in CC is about 3x the size of my own disk is and running out of space.  I also have a lot of bad pic's I no longer want on my CC that I cannot clear out.  This is very frustrating..
