Creative cloud not syncing

Hello,

the last few days , whenever inexport a video from premier pro to my creative cloud folder is not syncing.

while i can find the video on my laptop whenever inopen the exact same folder from my iphone or ipad the video is not there.

i used to do it with both photos and videos and it was always working normally.

How can I solve this problem?
