CREATIVE CLOUD NOT SYNCING WITH MAC

Hi

I have files on my creative cloud online but they dont show in the sync folder on my mac.

I've signed out and reinstalled creative cloud but nothing is working

Any suggestions?

Thanks for those links.

It turns out that I asked the wrong question.

The cloud "files" are actually syncing but it's the "cloud docs" that I want to access on my desktop.

I dont really know why these are two seperate things and why the "Cloud docs" dont sync in the cloud "files"

Is there a way to hav my "cloud docs" sync in my cloud "files"?

If you could answer that question, it would be great. If not, I'll make a new post.
