Creative Cloud on Imac won't open

Creative Cloud on Imac won't open.  Get the spinning wheel and unresponsive program warning.  Adobe support could not resolve this problem.  This is happening on my admin user.  The other profile on the computer it works just fine.  Has anyone had this happen?  I am ready to cancel service but just thought I would check with the community before I do.  I have tried all the suggestions in message boards.  The Adobe support consultant gave up and just said to contact Apple.  Please help.  Thanks.

If user account A does not work but user account B does not work, that means to me that A is corrupted

Are you able to make a new admin account that works?

I am on Windows and am the only user of my computer, so I am not at all familiar with multiple user accounts, so only an idea

John, thank you for your reply. I did create a new admin profile and it does work. So that probably means something is corrupt. Any suggestions to try and repair. I don't want to have two profiles on a personal computer and a pain to migrate every thing over.

As I said, I am on Windows and I only have one account

I suggest you ask in an Apple forum
