Creative Cloud Pro Subscription Cancelled Due to “Fraudulent Activity”

Hi Adobe Community,

I need help regarding my Creative Cloud Pro subscription.

I purchased/renewed my Creative Cloud Pro subscription on 14 August 2026 and paid ₹398.99 via UPI. My Adobe invoice shows that the service period is 14 August 2026 to 13 September 2026.

However, on 26 August 2026, I received an email from Adobe stating that my subscription was cancelled because Adobe’s fraud-prevention system detected “fraudulent behavior.”

I did not request this cancellation, and the payment was legitimately made through my UPI account. My Adobe account now shows “You have no plans.”

I would like Adobe to please review my account and clarify:

  • Why was my legitimate subscription flagged as fraudulent?

  • Can my Creative Cloud Pro subscription be restored for the remaining paid period?

  • If it cannot be restored, will I receive a refund for the unused period?

I have the original Adobe invoice and UPI payment proof and can provide them privately to Adobe Support if required.

Please help me get this issue reviewed by the appropriate Adobe team.

Thank you.
