Creative Cloud Projects - How Does Storage For Projects Work?

Question

I am using an individual Creative Cloud account and am trying to share files using the Projects tab in the Files section in the web app with another individual plan. Both of us have 100GB storage at the moment - I will probably need to upgrade to 1TB in order to be able to save all the files I need for this set of projects. My question is, how does storage for Projects that I am sharing with other accounts work? Am I the only one that needs to upgrade or does the other account accessing the shared files also need enough storage for the combined file sizes?

only if the sharee wants to save the file(s) to their storage would they need to upgrade
