creative cloud randomly asks to uninstall media encoder

No more than a couple of days ago, Adobe creative cloud was purchased so I can have access to all apps. Everything has been running very smoothly while I have worked with Premeire Pro And after Effects... Except I have randomly had creative cloud app open and ask if I wanted to remove preferences form media encoder to uninstall. (See attatched file)

But it will also show when I open and close a video file. It either instantly pops up, or in a matter of minutes. Either way, it's annoying to have this happen randomly for no reason, I can give more information if more details are needed.
