Creative Cloud recovering of archived files doesn't work

Hi,

i tested the issue with three different browsers on Win Vista and iOS 7.1.1.

The message after clicking "Wiederherstellen" says, that it was done, but nothing happens. The files are still in archive.

So i will have no access to my backuped drawings.

Deleting of files works.

Can you plz help me?
