Creative Cloud Storage

I am unable to use the cloud storage as the error says I have reached my storage limit of 0. Checking my account management page I am told

I have access to "2 GB of cloud storage."

I received this membership free as part of my work benefits and I'm wondering if I'm just understanding this wrong or there is an actual issue.
