Creative cloud storage

I have been getting a notice that my cloud storage is full . When I try to delete thereis nothing to delete . I also looked on my computer for  adobe creative cloud and ther eare no files to delete? 

I tried using adobe Chat  with a specialist and got cut off . Any help would be appreciated
