Creative Cloud storage empty after going from student licence to individual plan
Hello, up until a week ago, the account I used was the one provided by my school, but connected to my personal e-mail address. This license seems to have expired now, so I bought my own individual plan - with the same e-mail address.
Now I realise that all of my cloud documents are gone. It seems by setting up the new account, everything got wiped.
Is there any way to get my files back?
