Question

Creative Cloud storage is full, but there are no files anywhere

I continously receive a message that my Creative Cloud Storage (20GB) is full, but I cannot find any file in there whatsoever. Not on my PC (windows-user/Creative Cloud Files), not online (https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents).

I want you to fix my storage counter to 0. I also want you to to fix your cloud. If not, I'll stop paying for this subscription. This support situation is horrible.

Hi there,

We're sorry to hear about your difficulties. Please check the following locations mentioned in this article to check if there are any files stored there: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/kb/file-storage-quota.html

Also, please ensure that your deleted files aren't using valuable storage by deleting them permanently. You may check this article for more info: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/help/delete-files-permanently.html

Let us know how if it helps.

Regards,

Tarun
