Creative Cloud Storage Limit

My account was recently consolidated and since then my creative cloud storage is telling me it has reached its limit.  I was told I would have more storage with this consolidation.  Help?

your account was consolidated with whom?  and who's doing the consolidating?

Someone from Adobe called me to have my business account and my personal account consolidated.  I had a team plan and then I was also paying for 4 separate individual plans.

open the support tab on your admin console > start chat or start case or request expert session.
