Creative Cloud Storage Problem

Hello, I need help. When I go into the creative cloud, it says I have no more storage, and whatever it is, is keeping up 500GB. I had the 1 TB plan before. But now I can't see where those files are when I go into the Adobe file manager. They aren't in anything. I don't need the files keeping this space; I just want the storage back.

contact adobe support if, after checking, you can't find the files accounting for your storage.

The storage problem solved itself.

https://lightroom.adobe.com

https://documentcloud.adobe.com

if nothing was in any of the dozen+ folders (including the deleted folders), reset the cc desktop app by making sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R
