Creative Cloud stuck at Installation 5%

I run on a Asus X555UB. Every time I download Creative Cloud, I'm stuck on a 5.0% downloading. I've tried going on multiple different networks to fix the issue, yet nothing. I have also followed all reccommended steps by Adobe to fix the issue (i.e  running Adobe's repair tools, uninstalling the app, repairing the app, etc.) Yet to no avail. First it downloads, slows down on 4.7% and just stops on 5,0%  I've done all of these steps probably around 5 times now. Is there anything I am missing?

Right. Try installing the latest supported Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable download here:

Ive already tried and just nothing, all that 5%. First they go fastely and then slow down.

Assuming your computer meets the system requirements for Creative Cloud plus your OS and other apps you intend to use, when your computer stops at 5% that usually implies something is interfering with the 3-step download, unpack and install routine.  It could be caused by your computer not having sufficient resources (4 GB of HD space is not enough), a corrupted computer user profile, anti-virus, firewall or some other background process.

 

I would remove everything first, followed by a clean install.

if you're already uninstalled anything cc improperly or deleted anything cc, you'll need to clean you computer of cc files*. 

 

if you have not deleted anything cc and not improperly uninstall anything cc, you should

 

restart your computer

disable av

retry installing

if you need to clean:

first try, resetting the cc app: To reset the Creative Cloud desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

if that fails, try to repair

if that fails go ahead and uninstall/reinstall per the above link

if that fails, do a clean cc install following each applicable step:

uninstall every cc app including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html
then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
check for, and if available, update your os
restart your computer (don't skip this)
reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud.
if you're unable to install the cc desktop app at this stage, use an administrator account (solution 4 here, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html)
use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

how much free space is on your c drive?

 

are you trying to install the cc desktop app or are you trying to use the cc desktop app to install some program?  (if it's an adobe program using the cc app and there's 1gb or more free space on c, turn off your av and retry.)

I have turn offed my av and nothing happen, all that 5% are still there. I have 4+gbs free on my disc so i dont know what to do:(
