Creative Cloud subscription

I've been having problems with the Creative Cloud app and I had to repair it. Its working fine now but its asking me to pay £1.98 (or thereabouts) if I want to update the actual app. I already pay £49 per month for all the apps and I've never paid for it before. I assumed it would be included in that. Is this something new or is it a mistake? Thanks.

    I moved your post over from the poorly named Community Help forum, which is for getting help using this forum system, to a better forum. But I am not sure where to move it. To the Account, Payment & Plan forum or the CC Services forum.
