Creative Cloud subscription accidentally added to my shopping basket. How do I cancel it?

I'm not sure if you can help me. I'm receiving emails saying that the Creative Cloud subscription is in my shopping basket. But I didn't put it there. At least not consciously. I don't need it, I have a subscription at work. Privately, I only use my own photo subscription with Photoshop, Lightroom and Express. It's not possible to remove it from my shopping basket. I'm just being asked to pay now to activate the subscription. How can I cancel it?

if it's in your shopping basket, you didn't purchase it.

That's right. And because I haven't bought it yet, I can't cancel it. It's in my shopping basket and I get emails every day telling me to buy it now. But I don't want to. I want to empty my shopping basket, but I can't.

I can't cancel it, because it is in my shopping cart. But I can't delete it from there. I only get a notification that my subscriptions would overlap if I purchase Creative Cloud. But I can't get out of this. And I get a reminder every single day that I should finally make the purchase. But I don't want.
