Creative Cloud suddenly crashed

Hi,

on my MacBookPro 10.9.1 the Creative Cloud did not work one day. I contacted the german support. I used the Clean Tools, created a new admin account, installed CC - it worked.

I repaired the user right, but still CC crashes after a few seconds. Deleting /Users/andreas/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/ did not helped.

German support says is an Apple account/rights issue, but this not really helpful. How can i start CC on my account? I got no error message. Any log files somewhere?

I got no other issues.

Thanks

Andreas

Hi Andreas,

you can find the log files using the detail below.  I've moved the thread to the correct forum.

Log File location -

/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CoreSync/CoreSync-yyyy-mm-dd.log

(On Mac, you need to use the Go To Folder option from the Go option in Finder (menu at the top).  Then in the pop up enter:

/users/username/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CoreSync/

Then select go, this will take you to the folder containing the .log files.)
